Mo:dus shortlisted for Employee Experience 2021 award

We are delighted to announce that our digital platform Mo:dus has been shortlisted for ‘Use of digital technologies’ at the prestigious UK Employee Experience Awards 2021. The award celebrates businesses that are utilising the latest tech, apps and software for the benefit of their people. The winners will be announced at a ceremony taking place live and online on 13th May, 2021.

We have had a continuous passion for never settling and always seeking to innovate throughout our 30+ years in FM. With more than 12,000 employees working across 1,000 customer sites, communicating and engaging with our workforce is entirely different to connecting with office-based staff.

Mo:dus is unique in that each feature has been built and deployed to increase engagement and collaboration. Mo:dus has been created so that admin tasks that were complicated or outright time-consuming, are now easier to use and available in a format that is effortless for everyone.

Mo:dus is a genuine communications and engagement platform that every single Churchill employee can access. It has created a digital community that allows our teams to collaborate on issues that are important to them. The successful deployment of Mo:dus means that we are able to share key information, celebrate successes, and provide regular updates. Additionally, Mo:dus engages and motivates our teams, delivering a wide range of initiations designed specifically to support employee wellbeing.

James Bradley, director at Churchill, commented: “Recognising the need to embrace the digital society we live and work in is how the concept of Mo:dus was born. It’s great for the industry to now recognise Mo:dus for how much it’s done for that digital society. Last year enjoyed significant progress on our digitisation journey, with planned developments implemented and some new innovations driven by the challenges of the pandemic. Since March 2020, one of the biggest challenges faced by our business has been around supporting our amazing remote teams. Mo:dus provided a stable platform for communication and over the last year we have added and developed features to support all colleagues. We couldn’t be happier to be finalists and have our fingers crossed Mo:dus gets the glory it deserves.”

The 2021 UK Employee Experience Awards is the world’s premier celebration of organisations, people, and initiatives that are improving the world of work.
