Churchill wins LGIM and Bellrock ‘Soft Services’ Supplier of the Year award

We’re delighted to announce that Churchill has won in the ‘Soft Services’ category at the Supplier of the Year award, held at the Legal & General Investment Management (LGIM) and Bellrock Supplier Day.

Churchill has supported Bellrock and LGIM since November 2019 and provides cleaning and hygiene services at 20 sites.

The supplier day, held at Leicester City’s King Power stadium, was a chance for LGIM and Bellrock to share learnings and strategy with its 50+ suppliers. The event ended with the award, which was presented to Dominic Folliss, Churchill’s national relationship director.

The judging panel, which consisted of service delivery managers and account leads across LGIM and Bellrock, found that Churchill had been outstanding in three areas:

  • Our partnership with Bellrock procurement, including working through invoicing queries and producing a meaningful scorecard
  • Operational management and the teams on the ground tackling every challenge that brought on by Covid
  • Rolling out innovation on a large scale with our workplace hygiene programme PRISM to demonstrate how the buildings are hygienically clean

Ben Dimond, Head of Service Delivery South at Bellrock, said: “The speed at which Churchill not only reacted following Covid, but came to us with proactive ideas, was superb. PRISM in particular has been a fantastic tool for streamlining cleaning and hygiene, ensuring that the highest standards are being met and demonstrating to building occupiers that their space is safe. Well done to everyone at Churchill for a stellar year.”

Congratulations to all of our Churchill colleagues that contributed to this award win!
