- Launched equality, diversity and inclusivity programme – Mosaic with 25 champions across the group to raise awareness and be the voice of the employees
- Trained 12 managers across the group in coaching and mentoring as part of our first employability programme with a group of young people re-entering the workplace
- Launched our management development programme ElevateMe
- 150 hours per month on coaching and mentoring volunteering
- Armed Forces Covenant Gold Award
- 75 apprentices across the group
- 20% increase in the number of employees paid the real living wage
- 31% of supply chain are SMEs
